How to use this Christmas gift budget planner
- Choose your total. Enter the gift allowance you have decided is comfortable for your circumstances.
- Add people and amounts. Give each group a name, a whole-number recipient count and a chosen amount per person.
- Include your own extra costs. Enter wrapping, delivery or payment charges you have checked. The tool cannot look up live prices.
- Review and save. Adjust an over-budget plan before spending. Save only if you want this browser to remember the figures.
Do not enter account numbers, passwords or other sensitive details in group names. Nothing in this planner sends money or promises a gift amount.

Planner questions
What if the plan is over budget?
The summary shows the difference between your chosen allowance and planned cost. Change an amount, reduce a group, simplify the gifts or revise the plan. No amount shown here is a recommended minimum.
Will my plan appear on another phone?
No. Saving uses local storage in this browser. A different device, private-browsing session or cleared browser data may not contain the plan. Print or download a CSV copy if you need to keep it separately. The downloaded file contains the group names and amounts you entered; keep it somewhere private.
Does the calculator include payment fees?
Only the extra-cost figure you enter is included. Check current fees and any exchange rate with your chosen provider; this tool neither quotes charges nor handles payments.
How are the totals calculated?
Each group’s people count is multiplied by its chosen per-person amount, rounded to centavos. Group totals are added, then your extra costs are added. Amounts are limited to ₱10,000,000 per field, 10,000 people per group and 50 groups.
